We're having issues getting the next 2 or 3 playlists out. I actually have them all planned, but cannot find the motivation to do anything with them.
So let this tiny bit of music hold you over until then.

Don't ask me what it is. It's a surprise.
In fact, even if you listen to it, you still won't know what it is.
Cheers.

Know Your Drugs/Twipocalypse Now!
Music is a drug.
Though it may not be a substance (Good luck trying to drink it, inhale it, inject it, or smoke it) no one can deny that music has some sort of impact on us, physically as well as emotionally. Music affects your central nervous system, changes our behavior and moods, and can be addictive.
So choose your music wisely.
Unbelievable as it is, there are some people who don't even know what they are listening to. These people are called 13 Year Olds. (In some cases, these people are also 16 Year Olds, and sometimes these people are just Stupid.) Come to think of it, these 13 Year Olds don't even know what they're reading.
Take Twilight, for example. You must have heard about it. The last novel in the series just came out and the movie is being released in 13 minutes.
(Though by the time I post this, it will have been released and you'll be able to hear the fangirly squeals no matter how loud you have your radio up to tune them out.)
Anyway, Twilight is a love story. About a plain, ordinary girl (that everyone stares at, all the time, because she is so beautiful) who is smart (though we never see evidence of this) and clumsy (we do see this, all the time). She decides to live with her father, to give her mother a chance to travel with her new husband, or something. This is a pretty altruistic act. Or it would be, if Bella (the female protagonist) didn't bitch about it the entire book.
Annnyway, she meets and falls in love with Edward, the broody, sexy, hard-as-granite boy, who just happens to be a vampire. He also just happens to want to kill and eat her.
Awww, how sweet. I can't believe I thought this was a comedy-horror when I read it, and not a romance. Glad those 13 Year Olds set me straight.
I'm dedicating my first ever post to 13 Years Olds, Twilight and Stephenie Fucking Meyer.

1. I Fell In Love With a Dead Boy - Antony and the Johnsons
http://www.mediafire.com/?zzi4na1z0jh
The reason I chose this song is simple. Bella falls in love with a dead boy. Technically undead, but let's not get
into that. (Let's not even get into the fact that Edward is an old man in a boy's body and so therefore a
pedophile. Yeah, let's just not go there.)

2. Umbrella - Mechanical Bride
http://www.mediafire.com/?mmgmugoyyzz
This is not the sexy, poppy Rihanna version you know. And Twilight is not the love story you know. Mechanical Bride manages to rework this song into a creepy posessive version of itself. It might give you chills. Much like Twilight. But in a good way.

3. Every Breathe You Take - Sting and The Police
http://www.mediafire.com/?oun3gxmk4mg
This one is pretty old. I doubt Twihards have even heard of the group. They're all too busy rocking out to Mylee Cyrus and whatever that boyband with the brothers is called. (I could google it, but I won't. I'm sure you know who I mean.)
But it captures Twilight in a way no other song could. Even the way the song came about is similar to Twilight's creation.
"I woke up in the middle of the night with that line in my head, sat down at the piano and had written it in half an hour. The tune itself is generic, an aggregate of hundreds of others, but the words are interesting. It sounds ike a comforting love song. I didn't realise at the time how sinister it is." -Sting
and see, Stephenie Meyer has said nearly the same thing. We all know that Twilight 'came to [her] in a dream.' Though she has yet to realize it's true evil nature.
